Recent HS Graduates who have previously participated in ASM programming are eligible to receive up to $1300 this spring by joining this fantastic opportunity.

The ASM Launch program will work to support teens on their post-secondary journey. This program is exclusively for those teens who may say, “I just graduated from HS, but I am unsure what to do next.” The ASM Launch program will allow teens to choose from one of three special interest programs (Culinary, Graphic Design, or Coding) while also gaining critical skills to successfully embark on the next chapter of their lives.  If you recently graduated and are still unsure of what to do next – please consider applying for the ASM Launch program to receive additional support in identifying and preparing for your post-secondary journey!

As an ASM Launch Fellow, you will:

• Attend daily program sessions. Fellows will meet with their instructors for 75 minutes each day.  Launch Fellows will also be expected to complete 90 minutes of independent projects daily. The total time commitment for ASM Launch Fellows is 3 hours/day for 5 days a week (15 hours each week.)
• Proactively Communicate. Not only will it be important that Fellows respond to emails, texts, or calls, but we also expect you to proactively communicate if you are not available or may not complete an assignment on time. This program is designed to provide assistance and coaching to help you launch into your next adventure, so the program itself will have high expectations to assist in preparing for that launch.
• Work independently to further your goals. Not only will we spend time working together, but we also expect that you actively work toward completing your goals.  Some items may include: Attending job fairs, completing/updating your resume, attending mock interviews, creating a portfolio, applying to colleges, and many more!  We will absolutely be available to provide any assistance, but Fellows will need to complete some tasks outside of the 90-minute group sessions.
• Establish a Network: Launch Fellows will work collaboratively to support, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to their peers.  We will form a network with each other and continuously push each other to reach our goals. We are all in this together!
