- Duck Sausage with house made pickles and mustard
- Duck fat confit potatoes
- Roasted Carrots and Beets served with goat cheese and citrus
- Creamy potatoes
- Kale and broccoli salad with poppy seed vinaigrette
- Crème Fraiche Panna Cotta with pickled blueberries and oat streusel
- Pure Chocolate Cream puff – Chocolate pastry cream, roasted bananas foster, and salted caramel
