After working several jobs in Chicago’s non-profit sector I instantly felt at home working at After School Matters. It is a unique, fast-paced work environment. Programs staff will often split their work between the office and visiting our teen programs in local communities. I believe strongly in our Mission and Vision, helping teens in Chicago tap into their passions and find their future. That’s why I feel my efforts to align and maximize resources for After School Matters programs and teens can make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
