For 35 years, After School Matters has been meeting the moment for Chicago teens. From one location in 1991 to more than 350 sites serving nearly 20,000 teens today – ASM has grown into the nation’s largest and most impactful provider of after-school and summer program opportunities for teens.

After School Matters is a nonprofit organization that supports up to 19,000 teens across Chicago each year with paid opportunities to develop their talents while gaining critical skills for work, college, and beyond.
