After School Matters teens participating in Internships (ages 16+) are required to complete the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification process to verify their identity and employment authorization hired in the United States before the start of programs.
After accepting your Internship offer, you must schedule an in-person verification meeting where you will present specific identity-confirming documentation to complete the verification process. Please schedule your appointment below.
The following are examples of the documents that are acceptable for I-9 employment eligibility verification. The documents you present must be an original document and unexpired; we cannot accept copies or photos.
Confirms Identity and Employment Authorization
OR
List B confirms Identity and List C confirms Employment Authorization
You only need 1 document from List A.
We can accept a receipt for a replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged List A document.
OR
You must bring 1 item from List B confirming identity.

We can accept a receipt for a replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged List B document.
You must bring 1 item from List C confirming employment authorization.
