We are offering six events for After School Matters teens that need a Wisely replacement card – summer schedule below.

ASM will automatically enroll you on a Wisley Card (it’s like a debit card) and deposit payment directly to this card on the scheduled payments dates. The card will be mailed to the address listed on your Teen Dashboard. You must keep this card to use for future ASM program sessions.

Checks are provided to teens who have invalid personal bank accounts or Wisely Cards. If your check has been lost, stolen, or destroyed, fill out this form to let us know. Once your form has been submitted, a member from our Teen Stipends team will contact you with more information.
